Behind on Your Taxes? Help With Unfiled Returns & IRS Notices in Las Vegas

Catch up on past-due returns, understand what the IRS is asking, and get a clear plan, without judgment, in English or Spanish

You are not the only one, and it can be fixed

Missing a year or two of tax returns is more common than most people think. A business got busy, records got lost, a life event got in the way, or you were worried about owing money you did not have. The problem is that waiting usually makes it more expensive: penalties and interest keep growing, and refunds you may be owed can expire.

We help you get caught up step by step, with a clear price up front and a plan you understand. Business owners who are also behind on payroll filings can see our payroll services.

How we help

Past-due returns

We prepare and file the individual and business returns you are missing, one year at a time.

IRS notices & letters

We review the notice, explain what it means in plain language, and help you respond on time.

Rebuilding your records

Missing W-2s or 1099s? With your authorization we can request your IRS income transcripts.

Amended returns

If a past return was filed with errors, we correct it with an amended return.

Payment plans

If you owe more than you can pay at once, we request an IRS payment plan on your behalf.

IRS representation

We deal with the IRS for you and review whether options like an offer in compromise may apply.

Frequently asked questions

How many years of back tax returns do I need to file?

It depends on your situation. The IRS generally looks for the last six years of returns to consider you in good standing, but the right answer depends on your income, any notices you have received, and whether you are owed refunds. We review your case before recommending how many years to file.

What if I cannot pay what I owe?

File anyway. Filing on time or as soon as possible limits penalties, and the IRS offers options such as installment agreements and, for some taxpayers, an offer in compromise. We review which options may fit your situation and can request them for you.

I lost my W-2s and 1099s. Can I still file?

Usually, yes. With your authorization, we can request your IRS wage and income transcripts, which show the income reported to the IRS under your Social Security number. We use those, together with your bank records, to prepare accurate returns.

I received a letter from the IRS. What should I do?

Do not ignore it. Most IRS notices have a response deadline. Send us a photo or copy of the letter and we will explain what it means and what your options are.

Is this confidential? Can we talk in Spanish?

Yes to both. Everything you share with us is kept confidential, and we work with clients in English and Spanish.
